According to reports circulating on social media and in the Turkish press, Ergenc has partnered in a food venture that brought traditional Turkish borek to London, marking his first known step into the commercial sector outside acting.
Ergenc, who has maintained a relatively private family life since marrying actress Berguzar Korel in 2009, is said to have relocated to London for his children's education.

According to the allegations, Ergenc entered into a partnership with a well-known Turkish businessman and collaborated with a popular borek brand from Türkiye.

Reports further allege that the business achieved notable early momentum, with total sales reaching around two tons of borek in a short period.
