Hande Ercel has reportedly added a new high-end property to her growing portfolio, with entertainment programs claiming that the actor purchased a house in Riva for around $2 million.
Ercel, who first rose to prominence with "Gunesin Kizlari" and later cemented her popularity through "Sen Cal Kapimi" and "Halka," has become one of Türkiye’s highest-paid screen figures thanks to back-to-back projects and major advertising deals.
Her recent drama "Ask ve Gozyasi," co-starring Baris Arduc, kept her in the spotlight, while her screenwriting debut in "Iki Dunya Bir Dilek" further expanded her presence in the industry.
Just weeks earlier, she drew attention when she was stopped in a routine police check in traffic, with the price of her new luxury car, reported as ₺20 million (over $471,000), sparking widespread discussion in entertainment media.
According to comments made on the program "Gel Konusalim," the actor is continuing to invest her earnings in real estate and has now acquired a new home in Riva, an upscale coastal district on the Asian side of Istanbul known for its villas and green landscape.
