A car carrying four Italian citizens fell off a cliff in the Sincik district of Türkiye’s Adiyaman province, leaving all passengers injured, local authorities said Friday.
The accident occurred on the Sincik-Malatya highway near Sakiz village when the vehicle lost control and fell into a ravine, according to initial reports.
Emergency teams rushed to the scene and provided first aid before transferring the four injured Italians to Sincik State Hospital and later to Adiyaman Education and Research Hospital.
Hospital officials said the injured are in stable condition. Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident.
