Several roads around Istanbul's Yenikapi Event Area will be closed on selected days through Aug. 16 as programs take place at the venue, according to the Istanbul Police Department.
The restrictions will apply from Aug. 1 through Aug. 16, except between Aug. 3 and Aug. 10. Roads will be shut from 12 p.m. until the end of each program.
The closed sections will include the turnoff to the Kadir Topbas Show Center from the northern and southern coastal side roads, the Vefa Karakurdu Overpass, and the secondary road running through the inner section between the Yenikapi Rally Area and the Yenikapi IDO terminal.
Drivers will be directed to use the coastal route and Kennedy Avenue as alternative roads while the restrictions remain in place.
