Duran said the visit will further develop the strong ties and friendship-based relations established between the two countries since the Korean War.
He noted that it will be the first visit by a South Korean head of state in years.
Meetings will be held on Monday at the Presidential Complex in Ankara, where Erdogan and Lee will address all aspects of bilateral relations.
Discussions are expected to cover steps to expand cooperation in the energy, defense industry, transportation, infrastructure, high technology, culture and tourism sectors.
The agenda will also include an exchange of views on current regional and global issues, Duran said.
Several documents aimed at strengthening the contractual and legal basis of bilateral cooperation are expected to be signed during the visit, according to Duran.
