An Egyptian channel reported Sunday that a proposal is underway to form an alliance that could emerge as a major human, economic, military, and nuclear power.
Prominent Egyptian TV presenter Ahmed Moussa said in his tweet on X that behind the scenes, numerous proposals are being considered, including the formation of an alliance comprising Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, and Pakistan.
“Imagine these countries together, along with the other active Arab nations—what would emerge is a major human, economic, military, and nuclear power,” Moussa expressed.
He emphasized that the language of this era recognizes only power and unity, noting that the upcoming Doha summit could bring impactful practical decisions.
Mousa added, “Strength is the language of our time; there is no escape from political, military, and media unity and cooperation to jointly confront the plans of the Zionist terrorist state and its supporters.”
Moussa stated that, in his view, the upcoming Arab-Islamic Doha summit will not be limited to condemnation and denunciation but will produce practical decisions with significant impact on the region and the wider area, adding, “Enough is enough.”
This comes in the context of the meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation-Arab League Joint Extraordinary Summit held in Doha, convened to address the escalating crisis in Gaza and respond to Israel's attacks on Qatar.
Türkiye's participation underscores Ankara's continued engagement in Middle Eastern diplomacy, particularly regarding the Gaza conflict, where Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has been a vocal critic of Israeli military actions and a strong supporter of Palestinian cause.
