More than 8,000 Israelis have been moved from their homes since hostilities with Iran began June 13, according to data from the Property Tax Compensation Fund reported by Israeli daily Yedioth Ahronoth on Friday.

The fund has received approximately 30,000 claims for damages to buildings, vehicles, personal belongings and equipment resulting from missile attacks, the newspaper reported.

The conflict erupted last Friday when Israel conducted airstrikes targeting multiple sites across Iran, including military and nuclear facilities. Iran responded with retaliatory missile strikes against Israeli territory.

Israeli authorities report that at least 25 people have been killed and hundreds wounded in Iranian missile attacks since the fighting began. Iranian media sources say 639 people have died and more than 1,300 have been injured in Israeli strikes.

The Property Tax Compensation Fund's figures highlight the domestic impact of the weeklong conflict on Israeli civilians, with thousands displaced from their homes amid ongoing cross-border strikes between the two nations.
