In a campaign event in Phoenix, Arizona, Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris addressed supporters of Palestine who were chanting "Free Palestine," emphasizing that it is time for a cease-fire in Gaza.
According to The Hill, Harris responded to the chants by stating, "I have clearly expressed that now is the time to reach a cease-fire agreement and implement a prisoner exchange."
Harris highlighted that both President Joe Biden and she are working toward a cease-fire and the return of hostages. While she respects the views of the Palestine supporters, she noted that the rally was focused on the election.
