More than 200 institutions from Türkiye and 48 other countries will participate in the International Gaza Humanitarian Aid Summit in Istanbul on Nov. 11-12.
The event, organized by Türkiye's Diyanet Foundation (TDV), aims to highlight Gaza’s deepening humanitarian crisis and foster international solidarity under the theme “The Future of Gaza.”
According to organizers, the summit will bring together over 400 participants, including civil society representatives, human rights defenders, academics, and media professionals.
The two-day conference will focus on urgent humanitarian needs in Gaza, including damage to infrastructure, health services, education, and housing. It also seeks to promote sustainable aid and long-term recovery strategies once a ceasefire is reached.
Five workshops will be held to explore ways of providing comprehensive and systematic humanitarian support to Gaza, the organizers said.
A final declaration is expected at the conclusion of the summit.
