The Philadelphia 76ers secured a 124-117 victory over the Miami Heat at Xfinity Mobile Arena, with Turkish center Adem Bona adding minutes off the bench as the home side extended its winning run in the NBA.
The win marked Philadelphia’s third straight success and lifted the team to its 33rd victory of the season, as the 76ers managed to hold off a competitive Heat side through consistent scoring and balanced contributions across the roster.
Adem Bona saw close to 15 minutes of playing time and finished the game with four points, three rebounds and one block.
Tyrese Maxey led the 76ers with 28 points and 11 assists, while Joel Embiid added 26 points and 11 rebounds. Both players recorded what is known as a “double-double,” meaning they reached double digits in two major statistical categories during the same game.
Miami stayed within reach thanks to Bam Adebayo’s 29 points and 14 rebounds, alongside Tyler Herro’s 25 points and seven assists. However, their efforts were not enough to prevent the Heat from slipping to their 29th loss of the season as Philadelphia saw the game through to the final buzzer.
