Besiktas Fibabanka advanced to the Turkish Basketball Super League (BSL) Finals after defeating Anadolu Efes 82–75 in Game 5 of their playoff semifinal series.
With the win, Besiktas took the series 3–2 and earned a spot in the league final for the first time since the 2016–17 season under head coach Dusan Alimpijevic.
The decisive game, played at Akatlar Arena, saw the home side lead throughout the match:
Besiktas will now face archrivals Fenerbahce Beko in the finals. The championship series will be a best-of-seven format, with the first two games taking place at Ulker Sports Arena, Fenerbahce's home court.
An all-Istanbul final promises high stakes and fierce competition as two of Turkiye’s biggest basketball clubs battle for the title.
