Fenerbahce defender Jayden Oosterwolde, who has been sidelined since suffering a season-ending injury in the ninth week of the Super Lig, is reportedly attracting increased interest from European clubs.
The Dutch left-back sustained a serious injury during the match between Samsunspor and Fenerbahce, underwent surgery, and was ruled out for the remainder of the season. Following his rehabilitation abroad, Oosterwolde returned to Türkiye in April to continue his recovery.
Despite being out of action for months, demand for the 23-year-old continues to rise. According to Turkish sports daily Fotomac, Newcastle United is the latest club to show interest in the versatile defender. The Premier League side joins a growing list of suitors that already includes PSV Eindhoven, Napoli, and West Ham United.
Oosterwolde's contract with Fenerbahce runs until 2027. The club is expected to consider serious offers during the summer transfer window.
