Fenerbahce confirmed Friday the departure of veteran Serbian midfielder Dusan Tadic, just two hours after Bosnian striker Edin Dzeko announced he would also be leaving the club.

The announcements come as the Trendyol Super Lig season draws to a close, marking a period of transition for the Istanbul-based club.

Tadic, 35, made 109 appearances for Fenerbahce, scoring 29 goals and providing 35 assists. In the 2023–24 season alone, he featured in 53 matches, recording 13 goals and 18 assists across all competitions..

The club honored Tadic with a commemorative plaque and expressed appreciation for his impact on and off the pitch. "Thank you, Dusan, for your elegance, your spirit, and your unwavering belief in this team," the club said on X. Tadic is expected to leave Istanbul on Saturday morning.

Tadic’s departure is anticipated to be one of several major exits this summer as Fenerbahce prepares for changes in its squad during the upcoming transfer window.
