Galatasaray lost 3-0 to Italian side Venezia on Monday night in a preseason friendly in Austria.
The Turkish club, continuing its preseason preparations at a camp in Austria's Windischgarsten region, faced Venezia as part of the Summer Series Upper Austria.
Galatasaray started the match at Hofmann Personal Stadium in Linz with Jankat Yilmaz, Roland Sallai, Arda Unyay, Abdulkerim Bardakci, Kazimcan Karatas, Kaan Ayhan, Lucas Torreira, Yunus Akgun, Ilkay Gundogan, Eren Elmali and Victor Osimhen.
Although Venezia created several chances in the first half, goalkeeper Jankat Yilmaz kept Galatasaray level with a series of saves, and the teams went into halftime tied 0-0.
Venezia started the second half strongly and took a 1-0 lead through John Yeboah in the 71st minute.
The Italian side doubled its lead with Lion Lauberbach's penalty in the 75th minute.
Lauberbach scored again in the 90+2nd minute to seal a 3-0 win.
Galatasaray coach Okan Buruk brought Berat Lus into the match in the 46th minute.
Buruk then sent on Baris Alper Yilmaz, Victor Nelsson, Gabriel Sara, Renato Nhaga and Lesley Ugochukwu in the 62nd minute, before introducing Leroy Sane, Eyup Aydin, Elias Jelert and Yusuf Sivaslioglu in the 79th minute.

Goalkeeper Matteo Grandi saved Baris Alper's shot from the spot in the 90th minute.
Galatasaray lost both of its friendly matches in Austria.
The yellow-red team played two matches as part of the Summer Series Upper Austria, losing 2-0 to Monza and 3-0 to Venezia.
