The Professional Football Scouts Association recently published a ranking of the twenty most successful football clubs worldwide. The metric takes into consideration major trophies recognized by UEFA, FIFA, and CONMEBOL.
Galatasaray Spor Kulubu secured the eighteenth position overall, and this provides a prime example of local dominance translating into global numerical recognition.

Galatasaray cements domestic supremacy

- Italy and the Netherlands: Luciano Spalletti leads Juventus to 76 trophies. John Heitinga manages Ajax at the Johan Cruyff Arena with a total of 75 titles.
- England: Liverpool and Manchester United have secured 72 and 70 trophies. Arne Slot currently manages Liverpool at Anfield. Michael Carrick serves as interim coach at Old Trafford after Manchester United executives sacked Ruben Amorim.
