Iran has announced its final 26-man squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup while continuing their preparations in Antalya, Türkiye, where the team will remain in camp until June 5.
The squad was confirmed by the national team's media department, bringing together goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders, and forwards who will represent Iran at the tournament.
Iran's preparations are taking place in Antalya, a Mediterranean city in southern Türkiye that regularly hosts international teams for training camps.
As part of the camp, Iran is also set to play a friendly match against Mali on June 4, giving the team one of its final opportunities to test its squad before wrapping up its preparations in the city.
The final squad includes three goalkeepers: Alireza Beyranvand, Hosein Hoseini and Payam Niazmand.
In defense, Iran listed Shoja Khalilzadeh, Hosein Kanaani, Ali Nemati, Daniyal Eiri, Ehsan Hajisafi, Milad Mohammadi, Saleh Hardani and Ramin Rezaiyan.
The midfield group features Samah Ghodoos, Saeid Ezatollahi, Rouzbeh Cheshmi, Amir Mohammad Razagh Niya, Mohammed Ghorbani, Mehdi Ghayedi, Ariya Yousefi, Alireza Jahanbakhsh, Mehdi Torabi and Mohammed Mohebbi.
Up front, Iran named Mehdi Taremi, Amirhossein Hosseinzadeh, Denis Dargahi, Ali Alipour, and Shahriyar Moghanloo.
Iran will continue its World Cup preparations in Antalya until June 5, one day after the friendly match against Mali.
