Trabzonspor secured the Turkish Cup title with a 2–1 victory over Konyaspor, as Nigerian striker Paul Onuachu delivered a match-winning performance by scoring both goals in the final, guiding his team to a record 10th Turkish Cup crown.
The final, played with high intensity, saw Onuachu once again emerge as the decisive figure for the Black Sea club. His clinical finishing proved the difference as Trabzonspor overcame Konyaspor to lift the trophy for the first time in five seasons.
Onuachu concluded an exceptional season as Trabzonspor’s leading scorer, finishing with 22 goals in the league and 26 goals in 36 appearances across all competitions.
He also played a central role in Trabzonspor’s Turkish Cup success, scoring four goals throughout the competition. He registered goals in earlier rounds before delivering a decisive brace in the final against Konyaspor.
Beyond individual statistics, Onuachu’s goals had a direct impact on results, with Trabzonspor earning strong points and multiple victories in matches where he scored.
