Saudi Arabian club Al Hilal has renewed its interest in Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen, with the Turkish champions reportedly prepared to consider a €65 million ($75.5 million) offer for the Nigerian forward.

According to Sky Sport, Al Hilal has approached Galatasaray to find out the conditions required for a possible transfer and is now assessing whether it can bring Osimhen to the Saudi Pro League.

Galatasaray is not ruling out a departure for the 27-year-old striker and would be willing to sell him for a €65 million transfer fee, the report said. However, any deal would ultimately depend on Osimhen agreeing to make the move to Saudi Arabia.

Al Hilal turns to Osimhen as it reshapes attack

Al Hilal has reportedly started trying to convince Osimhen to join the club while simultaneously working on a possible departure for Karim Benzema.

The Saudi side wants to part ways with the French striker in order to open up a place in its squad for Osimhen, with Sky Sport describing the plan as: "Benzema out, Osimhen in."

The potential transfer would therefore require both Benzema's departure and Osimhen's approval before Al Hilal could move ahead with the operation.

Osimhen could face another major transfer move

Osimhen permanently joined Galatasaray after initially playing for the Istanbul club on loan, but Al Hilal's latest approach could put him at the center of another major transfer operation.

The Nigerian striker made 33 appearances for Galatasaray last season, scoring 22 goals and setting up another eight.

Sky Sport reported that the coming days could be decisive in determining whether Al Hilal can persuade Osimhen to leave Galatasaray and continue his career in the Saudi Pro League.
