Stephen Curry finished the 2025-26 regular season as the NBA's top-selling player jersey, while the New York Knicks ranked first in team merchandise sales, according to figures jointly announced by the NBA and the National Basketball Players Association.
The league said the Golden State Warriors star moved back into the top spot on the Top-Selling Jersey list for the regular season. The rankings were based on sales from NBAStore.com, Fanatics.com, and Fanatics partner sites.
Luka Doncic of the Los Angeles Lakers followed Curry in second place, while Jalen Brunson of the New York Knicks came in third. Victor Wembanyama of the San Antonio Spurs ranked fourth, and LeBron James of the Lakers rounded out the top five.
The rest of the top 10 included Anthony Edwards, Jayson Tatum, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Cooper Flagg, and Nikola Jokic, showing a mix of established stars and younger names continuing to break through.
The NBA said six players in the top-selling jersey rankings were age 25 or younger. That group included Wembanyama, Edwards, Flagg, Tyrese Maxey, Cade Cunningham, and LaMelo Ball.
Among them, Dallas Mavericks rookie Cooper Flagg stood out as the only first-year player on the list. He climbed to ninth at the end of the season after sitting 11th at midseason, marking his highest placement so far.
The presence of several younger players near the top suggested that demand extended beyond long-established stars and also reflected strong interest in the league's next generation.
On the team side, the Knicks secured the top position in merchandise sales for the 2025-26 regular season.
The announcement also highlighted the Oklahoma City Thunder's rise into eighth place, marking the franchise's first appearance in the team merchandise top 10 since the 2018-19 season.
The NBA noted that 14 of the 15 players on the top-selling jersey list qualified for the postseason. That group included Curry, Doncic, Brunson, Wembanyama, James, Edwards, Tatum, Gilgeous-Alexander, Jokic, Kevin Durant, Maxey, Devin Booker, Cunningham, and Ball.
The league released the sales update one day before the start of the 2026 SoFi NBA Play-In Tournament, where teams ranked seventh through 10th in each conference compete for the final two playoff places. The 2026 NBA Playoffs presented by Google are scheduled to begin on April 18.
