Trabzonspor have reached an agreement with United Arab Emirates club Al Jazira over the transfer of 21-year-old player Salih Malkocoglu, with the club expected to bring in around $4.3 million from the deal.
Negotiations between Trabzonspor and Al Jazira had been under way for some time before the two clubs came to terms over the transfer.
Under the agreement, Trabzonspor are expected to receive approximately $4.3 million as a transfer fee, the payment made by one club to secure a player registered with another team.
Following the agreement, Malkocoglu is scheduled to travel to the United Arab Emirates on Aug. 1 to complete the formal procedures.
The young player will undergo detailed medical examinations before signing the official contract that will tie him to Al Jazira.
