National volleyball player Dilay Ozdemir, who plays for Eczacibasi Peron, has become a Red Bull athlete, joining a roster that also includes national outside hitter Hande Baladin and American setter Bergen Reilly.
The 21-year-old volleyball player, known for her success at both club and national team level, expressed her happiness at becoming a Red Bull athlete. She said she felt great joy in becoming part of the Red Bull family and being under the same roof as successful athletes like Baladin.
Ozdemir added that she has many goals she hopes to achieve in her career, and that feeling Red Bull's support along the way means a great deal to her. She said she was looking forward to the projects the partnership would bring.
Dilay was part of the team that won a silver medal at the 2023 Under-19 World Championship and played a key role in Türkiye's title-winning run at the 2024 Under-20 European Championship.
Last August, the young player also helped the Women's National Volleyball Team win the title undefeated at the 20th Mediterranean Games.
Being a Red Bull athlete means joining a global network of sponsored competitors across a wide range of sports, from traditional team sports like volleyball to extreme and individual disciplines such as skateboarding, Formula One and surfing.
