Haluk Gorgun, head of the Presidency of Defense Industries (SSB), welcomed Saudi Arabia's Defense Minister Prince Khalid Bin Salman Al Saud and his delegation during their diplomatic visit to Türkiye.
Gorgun stated that the discussions would deepen the relations between Saudi Arabia and Türkiye and enhance trade relations.
In his statement, Gorgun said: "As Turkish defense and aviation industry, we hosted Saudi Arabian Minister of Defense HRH Khalid Bin Salman Al Saud, and his esteemed delegation.
We were very pleased to see that there is a common will on both sides for a long-term strategic partnership. Companies of the two countries have taken important steps to join forces with the MoU's they signed. In this respect, I would like to express my gratitude to HRH Al Saud, Gen. Ruwaili, and HRH's valuable assistants H.E. Otaibi and H.E. Biyari, who honored us with this intense two-day visit."

Prince Khalid Bin Salman shared photos of Türkiye's fifth-generation national combat aircraft Kaan, as well as the Akinci unmanned combat aerial vehicle(UCAV) and Kizilelma UCAV, on his X account.
