Russia’s Lavrov arrives at OSCE meeting in Malta

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on Thursday arrived at an OSCE summit in Malta, on his first visit to an EU state since his country’s 2022 invasion of Ukraine.
The diplomat did not comment to reporters as he made his way into the meeting of ministers of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in Ta’Qali, near Valetta.
