Doğukan Tuncal is a practicing attorney and intelligence scholar whose career spans diplomacy, legal practice, and academia. Having served as a career diplomat at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a research assistant at the Turkish National Police Academy, he focuses his research on counterintelligence planning, the psychology of human intelligence, and the methodology of intelligence studies. His work aims to align academic inquiry with practical statecraft.
