Nourhan El-Bayaa

Dr. Nourhan El-Bayaa an Assistant Professor of Management and Strategic Studies and a consultant with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) - Crisis Response, based on Istanbul. She obtained her BA in political sciences from Kuwait University, her master's degree from Heriot-Watt University, UK, and her doctorate degree from The Catholic University of Saint Antonio, Spain.
