Türkiye’s domestic electric vehicle brand Togg officially entered the German market on Monday, unveiling the prices of its T10X and T10F models and beginning the first phase of deliveries.
Togg confirmed that an initial 1,000 vehicles will be allocated for the German market. Of these, 600 are expected to be delivered to customers before the end of the year.
The T10X and T10F will be positioned in Germany’s competitive electric vehicle segment at price levels designed to attract mid-range buyers. For both models, the entry-level rear-wheel drive version is priced at €34,295 ($40,160), while the long-range option costs €40,118. The higher-specification V2 long-range configuration is set at €41,200.
By entering this pricing band, Togg is placing its vehicles in direct competition with established European and global electric carmakers, while offering a cost advantage compared with some premium rivals.
Both models have received five-star safety ratings from Euro NCAP, the European crash-testing authority that sets benchmark standards for car safety. The strong safety performance was highlighted during the T10X and T10F’s unveiling at the IAA Mobility 2025 fair in Munich, one of Europe’s largest automotive events.
The certification is considered essential for any automaker aiming to succeed in the European Union, where vehicle safety standards are among the strictest in the world. For Togg, passing these tests confirmed its readiness to compete in the same regulatory environment as long-established manufacturers.
Togg executives had also announced plans to expand sales to France and Italy after the German rollout.
Both countries have a rapidly growing demand for electric vehicles, supported by government incentives and infrastructure investments. France’s national push for decarbonization and Italy’s consumer appetite for smaller, efficient cars provide opportunities for Togg to broaden its customer base in southern Europe.
Germany, however, remains the most decisive market entry. Establishing a foothold there is expected to allow Togg to measure how its models perform against some of the strongest names in the global industry, including Volkswagen, BMW, Tesla, and Hyundai.
