Türkiye's domestic electric vehicle manufacturer, Togg, achieved a strong market entry with its new T10F model, selling 1,194 units in September to become the country's second-best-selling electric vehicle just weeks after its launch on Sept. 15.
According to data from the Automotive Distributors and Mobility Association (ODMD), the T10F quickly gained market prominence in the electric vehicle sector following its release through Togg's digital platform Trumore.
Tesla led September electric vehicle sales with 1,664 units, while Togg's first model, the T10X, placed third with 1,061 sales.
Total automobile sales in September increased 26.77% compared to the same month last year, reaching 88,274 units, with electric vehicles accounting for 18% of total sales.
The sporty fastback T10F starts at ₺1.86 million ($44.6 million) for the V1 RWD standard range version. The V1 RWD long-range version is priced at ₺2.17 million, while the V2 RWD long-range version costs ₺2.345 million.
The T10F received the highest possible five-star rating from the independent Euro NCAP program, which evaluates vehicle safety in the European market.
The vehicle features fast charging capability, reaching 80% battery capacity from 20% in 28 minutes. It includes seven airbags and a robust infrastructure designed for safe driving in all road conditions.
The T10F incorporates driver assistance systems that can be updated remotely. Standard features include intelligent adaptive cruise control with a stop-and-go function, working in conjunction with traffic sign recognition, a smart lane tracking system, and a lane departure warning.
The V2 trim level offers standard features including surround-view cameras, blind spot assistant, driver attention assistant, and advanced electronic stability control, with automatic parking assistant available as an option.
The T10F comes in five colors: Gemlik, Oltu, Kula, Urla, and Mardin. According to Togg, Urla reflects the tranquility and refined tastes of the Aegean, while Mardin was inspired by blue sugared almonds.
