Lebanese-born Swedish musician Maher Zain took the stage at Harbiye Cemil Topuzlu Open-Air Theater as part of his global tour.
Zain, who took the stage in Istanbul as part of his "World Tour 2026," was watched with great interest by both local and international fans.
During the concert, the artist performed a repertoire consisting of "Radiatu Billahi Rabba," "Assubhu Badaa," "Sallah Alayka Rahman," "Nerdesin," "O Sensin Ki," "Canakkale," "InshaAllah," "Yama Wo Yama," "Kir Zincirleri," "Allahu Ya Allahu," "Baraka Allahu Lakuma," "Mawlawe - Sallou," "MashaAllah," "Ey Sevgili," "Habibi," "Rahmatun Lil Alameen," "For the Rest of My Life," "Qamarun," "Qalbi Fil Madinah," "Free Palestine," and "Ya Nabi Salam Alayka."
Both local and international fans sang along to the songs performed by Zain. Applause rose from the audience after the artist performed "Canakkale." Greeting his fans in Istanbul, Zain said that he was learning Turkish and wanted to speak the language.
The artist's stage production was prepared by international teams. The concert featured a stage design supported by special lighting and visual storytelling, with local and international musicians accompanying Zain.
Combining spiritual themes with modern pop, R&B, and world music, Zain performs songs in English and Arabic as well as other languages, including Turkish.
Internationally recognized for his album "Thank You Allah," the artist reached a wide audience in Türkiye, particularly with his songs "Insha Allah" and "Ya Nabi Salam Alayka."
Zain was born in Tripoli, Lebanon, in 1981, and his family moved to Sweden when he was eight years old. He completed his schooling there and earned a bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering. He later worked as a music producer alongside Swedish producer RedOne before shifting his focus to becoming a singer-songwriter.
His debut album, "Thank You, Allah," was released by Awakening Records in 2009, followed by Forgive Me in 2012 and One in 2016. Zain blends spiritual themes with modern pop, R&B, and world music, and performs in multiple languages, including English, Arabic, and Turkish.
