Megadeth will return to Istanbul on June 23, 2026, as part of the band’s final tour.
The concert will take place at KucukCiftlik Park and marks the group’s first Türkiye performance since their June 2024 show. Tickets are sold only on Bubilet, and fan club sales opened on Dec. 2.
General sales start on Dec. 5 at 12.00 p.m.
The band has shaped metal music since 1983 under Dave Mustaine’s leadership. Megadeth has sold over 50 million albums and earned a Grammy Award.
The group built its reputation through influential records such as "Peace Sells… But Who’s Buying?", "Rust in Peace," and "Countdown to Extinction." Songs like "Symphony of Destruction," "Wake Up Dead" and "Holy Wars… The Punishment Due" remain central to global metal culture.
The current lineup includes Dave Mustaine, Teemu Mantysaari, James LoMenzo and Dirk Verbeuren.
The band continues a fast and aggressive thrash metal sound that goes back to its roots. Mustaine recently described their tour approach with the statement, "We are coming to destroy everything."
The Istanbul setlist will include tracks from the upcoming album "Megadeth", expected in January 2026. The new material includes "Tipping Point," "I Don’t Care" and "Let There Be Shred." Fans can also expect classic songs from earlier periods of the band’s career.
Megadeth has released 16 studio albums so far, and Mustaine has said the upcoming release will be their final one. The group continues to attract audiences across generations through strong stage presence and technical performance.
