The German synth-pop group Alphaville is scheduled to perform in Istanbul on July 12, 2026, as part of a live concert at the Harbiye Cemil Topuzlu Open-Air Theatre.
The event, organized by Stagepass, will bring the internationally renowned band back to Turkish audiences following a long hiatus. Alphaville, best known for 1980s global hits such as “Forever Young,” “Big in Japan,” and “Sounds Like a Melody,” is expected to present a setlist featuring its most iconic tracks that defined the synth-pop era.
Tickets for the performance are being sold via the Turkish ticketing platform Biletinial.
Formed in the 1980s, Alphaville remains one of the most influential acts of the synth-pop movement, with a legacy that extends into film, television and popular culture worldwide.
