Renowned actor Kivanc Tatlitug, whose next project has been eagerly anticipated, will reportedly appear before audiences this time with a travel and gastronomy show, Mehmet Ustundag reported on TV8's ''Gel Konusalim.''
In this new project, Tatlitug will travel to a range of different countries. Along the way, the popular actor will introduce viewers to local cuisines, traditions, and cultural details from each region he visits.
Sources also suggested that the travel route has not been finalized yet, though filming is planned to begin in September.
Tatlitug himself has not issued any statement regarding the reports.
The Turkish star completed roughly six months of professional culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu in London and returned to Istanbul with his family in April 2025 after finishing the course.
Speaking in an interview, Tatlitug said he underwent professional chef training during his wife's pregnancy, after which he took over full control of the kitchen at home.
He described himself as an adventurous eater who enjoys mixing contrasting flavors, such as pairing sweet ingredients with salty or spicy notes. He also openly admits that his comfort foods tend to be carb-rich, like pogaca and manti.
The actor considers himself a "pasta guy" at heart. Staying true to his simple side, he said his go-to way of enjoying pasta is with nothing more than butter and salt, allowing the natural flavor to come through.
