Palandoken Ski Center in Erzurum officially launched the winter as snow depth reached 55 centimeters, welcoming ski lovers from across Türkiye.
With 55 ski runs stretching from 1 to 14 kilometers (8.6 miles), the resort offers a wide range of pistes for beginners, intermediate skiers and professionals.
Skiers and snowboarders from different cities enjoy well-maintained slopes supported by artificial snow systems throughout the season.
The ski center draws visitors from all over Türkiye, who come to enjoy the slopes, the winter scenery and Erzurum’s vibrant winter sports culture.
Palandoken’s diverse piste structure accommodates both beginners and professional athletes, with options ranging from gentle slopes for learning to steep runs for advanced skiers and snowboarders.
With temperatures remaining low, the snow quality is expected to improve further, allowing additional pistes to open in the coming days and extending the ski season for enthusiasts of all levels.
