Turkish social media influencer Danla Bilic has revealed that she has spent approximately $600K on cosmetic procedures over the years, expressing regret over the money she poured into altering her appearance as she continues to deal with health complications linked to body fillers.
Bilic, who has frequently made headlines for her cosmetic transformations, said she wished she had invested the money in real estate rather than undergoing procedures on her face and body.
"I must have easily spent ₺30 million on my face and body by now. I wish I had never gotten involved in any of this and had bought another house in Suadiye with that money," she said, referring to an upscale residential neighborhood on Istanbul's Asian side.
Beyond the financial costs, Bilic has opened up about the health problems she experienced following cosmetic treatments, particularly after receiving Aquafilling, an injectable body filler, in her buttocks following weight loss.
According to Bilic, she later became aware of the problems associated with the substance and underwent nine operations in an effort to remove the filler from her body.
The repeated procedures have taken a financial and emotional toll on the influencer, who previously expressed frustration over her ongoing medical difficulties.
Despite undergoing multiple operations, Bilic recently experienced another health setback after developing an infection accompanied by a high fever and difficulty walking.
Her condition required urgent medical attention, while subsequent reports indicated that her treatment was continuing at home.
The influencer has since spoken publicly about her regret over the cosmetic procedures, linking years of spending on her appearance to both financial losses and continuing health problems.
