Turkish Technic, Pakistan’s AirSial sign new 5-year aircraft maintenance deal

Turkish Technic Inc., the aircraft maintenance arm of Turkish Airlines, has signed a new maintenance agreement with Pakistan-based carrier AirSial, further expanding their ongoing cooperation.

According to a statement from Turkish Airlines’ communications office, the partnership was extended through a new five-year component pool services agreement covering AirSial’s Airbus A320ceo fleet.

Under the agreement, AirSial will receive comprehensive component pool services for its A320ceo aircraft.

The airline will have access to Turkish Technic’s extensive spare parts and component inventory, as well as its global warehouse and logistics network.

The agreement is designed to support AirSial’s fleet operations by providing timely access to components and maintenance services through Turkish Technic’s worldwide support infrastructure.

Turkish Technic highlights global service capabilities

Turkish Technic Inc. General Manager and Board Member Mikail Akbulut said the renewed agreement represents an important step in strengthening cooperation between the two companies.

Akbulut said AirSial’s management was hosted at Turkish Technic’s facilities and emphasized that the company will continue to offer comprehensive services to customers around the world through its experienced technicians and engineers.

He added that Turkish Technic aims to further develop its cooperation with AirSial in the coming years by exploring new opportunities.

AirSial cites operational efficiency and growth strategy

AirSial Chairman Fazal Jilani said the airline has maintained a successful partnership with Turkish Technic since 2020, built on safety and technical expertise.

Jilani said the comprehensive component pool agreement, which covers the airline’s entire A320 fleet, is a key pillar of AirSial’s growth strategy.

He noted that the agreement will help increase operational efficiency, support network expansion and minimize aircraft ground time.

He added that Turkish Technic’s proven expertise and global support capabilities provide strong confidence as AirSial continues to expand its operations and strengthen its fleet management.
