As part of efforts to promote Türkiye’s winter tourism, the Türkiye Tourism Promotion and Development Agency (TGA), in collaboration with Turkish Airlines (THY), hosted international content creators and tour operators in Uludag. The initiative aimed to highlight the region’s winter tourism potential and enhance its visibility in global markets.
Under the “Greetings From Türkiye With Turkish Airlines” project, content creators from the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Spain, and Argentina visited Uludag to experience winter tourism first-hand and produce digital content for social media and online platforms.
Representatives from UK-based tour operator companies were also invited to the region. The delegation received detailed presentations on Uludag’s product diversity, accessibility, and winter tourism facilities, providing an in-depth understanding of the destination’s offerings.
The program included participation from Uludag Area Director Candemir Zoroglu and officials from TGA, who outlined the region’s existing infrastructure, tourism capacity, and its potential positioning in international markets.
Officials from THY’s London office emphasized the program’s strategic importance for the UK market. They noted that Uludag’s winter sports infrastructure, Bursa’s diverse tourism portfolio, and the integrated travel opportunities with Istanbul left a highly positive impression on participants.
They added that the program’s outcomes and the professional connections established could form the basis for future collaborative initiatives.
