Iran reported that U.S.-Israeli airstrikes targeted parts of the state television headquarters in the capital Tehran on Sunday evening.
State-run Press TV said U.S. and Israeli warplanes struck sections of the headquarters of Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) in Tehran.
The broadcaster added that residential districts in the capital were also targeted.
Iran’s state news agency IRNA reported that explosions were heard in eastern, southeastern and central areas of Tehran.
There was no immediate information on casualties.
The U.S. and Israel launched an attack on Iran on Saturday, killing several senior Iranian leaders, including Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
Tehran retaliated with drone and missile strikes targeting Israel, U.S. assets and several Gulf countries.
The latest developments follow an earlier wave of attacks by Tel Aviv and Washington in June last year, which triggered a 12-day war before a ceasefire was announced.
