Juventus midfielder Kenan Yildiz, one of the rising stars of Türkiye’s national team, has reportedly attracted serious interest from Premier League giant Arsenal. According to Turkish media, Arsenal is preparing a cash-plus-player offer to tempt Juventus into selling their 19-year-old talent.
Radio Radio claims that Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is a huge admirer of Yildiz and has urged the club to make a move. Negotiations between Arsenal and Juventus are said to have already begun, with the English side determined to bring Yildiz to the Emirates.
Arsenal is reportedly willing to include Leandro Trossard in the deal, alongside a €60 million ($70.07 million) cash payment. Juventus, however, is believed to value Yildiz between €80 million–€100 million, suggesting Arsenal’s package could be close to what the Italian side would consider acceptable.
While Trossard brings Premier League experience and versatility, his resale value is limited as he approaches his 31st birthday. In contrast, Yildiz is seen as one of Europe’s brightest young stars, with Juventus viewing him as a cornerstone for the future.
Spanish team Barcelona has also shown interest in Juventus' Turkish wunderkind Kenan Yildiz in the last transfer season.
Sources close to Juventus insist that the Bianconeri are reluctant to part ways with Yildiz. The club has already started working on a new contract extension until 2030, underlining their long-term commitment to the player. Even with Arsenal’s lucrative offer, Juventus may be unwilling to sanction the move.
Yildiz’s growing reputation was further underlined at the Ballon d’Or ceremony, where he finished 5th in the Kopa Trophy rankings for the best under-21 footballers in the world. His consistent development in Serie A has made him one of the most sought-after prospects in Europe.
