Besiktas will take on Israeli side Maccabi Rapyd in the second week of the EuroLeague on Wednesday, with the game set to be played in Belgrade rather than Israel because of security concerns.
The matchup will tip off at 9:05 p.m. Türkiye time at Aleksandar Nikolic Sports Hall in the Serbian capital.
Maccabi Rapyd has been playing its designated home games outside Israel because of security concerns.
Matches involving Israeli clubs and teams from some countries, including Türkiye, have also been moved to neutral venues because of what organizers have described as the possibility of "provocative actions."
The arrangement means Besiktas will travel to Serbia for what is officially Maccabi's home fixture.
Besiktas returned to the EuroLeague this season after a 13-year absence but opened its campaign with a narrow defeat at home, falling 96-94 to Spanish side Valencia Basket.
The Istanbul club has previously faced Maccabi Rapyd twice, losing both meetings.
