Istanbul club Fenerbahce is set to face Romania's FCSB in the final UEFA Europa League group-stage fixture, with a direct place in the Round of 16 on the line.
The fixture, scheduled to kick off at 11 p.m. local time (GMT+3), will be held at the National Arena in Bucharest and will be officiated by Serbian referee Nenad Minakovic, with assistants Nikola Brovic and Bosko Bozovic.
After seven matches, the Istanbul-based club sits 18th in the group standings with 11 points, having recorded three wins, two draws, and two losses.
Despite a 1-0 home defeat against Aston Villa in their previous outing, Fenerbahce has already secured a place in the knockout phase play-off. A win in Romania would improve the club’s chances of advancing directly to the round of 16.
Fenerbahce will be without several players due to injury and suspension. Levent Mercan and Archie Brown remain unavailable with ongoing injuries. Team captain Milan Skriniar is also ruled out after receiving a yellow card in the Aston Villa match, which triggered a suspension.
Additionally, recent signings Matteo Guendouzi, Anthony Musaba, and Mert Gunok are not eligible to participate due to competition registration rules that restrict late additions.
