During the recent Iranian missile attacks on Israel, the building where Dimitris Itoudis, the former head coach of Fenerbahce Beko, resided was reportedly struck.
Following Israel’s airstrikes on Iran, retaliatory missile launches targeted multiple areas in Tel Aviv last night. It was reported that the residence of the experienced coach, currently managing the Israeli team Hapoel Tel Aviv, was among the buildings hit.
Itoudis, however, is presently in his home country, Greece. Although the building sustained damage, the coach’s apartment was reportedly not affected.
According to One news agency, Hapoel Tel Aviv issued a statement confirming that Itoudis’ apartment was unharmed and urged caution against spreading unverified information.
Dimitris Itoudis, who won EuroLeague titles with Russian powerhouse CSKA Moscow in 2016 and 2019, served as the head coach of Fenerbahce Beko during the 2022-23 season.
