Besiktas has officially brought in Albanian midfielder Kristjan Asllani on a season-long loan that includes a purchase option, marking a key move ahead of the 2025–2026 campaign.
The Istanbul-based club confirmed that the agreement was reached with Italian side Inter, setting up Asllani to wear the black-and-white shirt through the end of the season.
In its announcement, Besiktas said the clubs had reached a deal for Asllani’s temporary transfer until the conclusion of the 2025–2026 season, while also securing the right to make the move permanent.
The club statement noted that an option to buy has been built into the agreement and wished the player success with the team, formally informing the public of the arrangement.
Asllani arrives from Inter after spending the current season on loan at Torino, another club competing in Italy’s top division, Serie A.
During that spell, he featured in 16 matches, gaining regular playing time and experience at a high level.
Besiktas are set to benefit from that exposure as they integrate the Albanian international into their midfield rotation.
With the loan running through the end of the 2025–2026 season, Besiktas has positioned itself to assess Asllani’s impact over a full campaign before deciding on a permanent transfer.
