Turkish archer Emircan Haney has been named “Archer of the Year 2025” by the World Archery Federation, the organization announced as part of its annual World Archery Awards.
Haney, 25, claimed the title following a remarkable season on the international stage.
He secured gold in the men’s compound division at the 2025 Archery World Cup final held in China.
Earlier in the year, Haney also earned a silver medal in Madrid and a bronze medal in Antalya.
The World Archery Awards recognize athletes who have excelled in performance, sportsmanship, and contributions to the sport over the year.
