Türkiye's national kickboxing team completed the demonstration tournament at the 2026 Mediterranean Games with 10 medals in total: two gold, four silver and four bronze.
The Turkish Kickboxing Federation said the results placed the national team third in the team rankings. The tournament was held in Taranto, a city in southern Italy on the Ionian coast.
Kickboxing was included in the Mediterranean Games as a demonstration sport, meaning no official medals were awarded for the discipline.
According to the organizing committee, results from demonstration sports are not included in the official Mediterranean Games medal table. Such sports are added to the program to promote the discipline and support its potential future inclusion as an official event.
