Derya Yanik, AK Party Member of Parliament for Osmaniye and Chair of the Human Rights Examination Commission of the Turkish Parliament, expressed gratitude to AA’s Chairman of the Board and General Director, Serdar Karagoz, and all those involved in the documentary, emphasizing the importance of documenting the evidence in history and its significance for the International Criminal Court (ICC) case – particularly in using evidence collected by journalists on-site.

Documentary carries importance for future legal battles
Erinc Sagkan, President of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations (TBB), recalled the TBB’s application to the ICC regarding Israel’s crimes on Nov. 24.
Sagkan highlighted the documentary’s value in providing concrete evidence for the crime of genocide, which requires demonstrating specific intent.
He lamented the lack of international action but noted the documentary’s importance for future legal battles.
