Thailand's capital, Bangkok, declared all 50 of its districts disaster zones after heavy rains triggered widespread flooding.
According to the Bangkok Post, the intense rainfall caused flooding across various parts of the capital.
Canals overflowed completely, and major roads went underwater, particularly in Bangkok's eastern districts, due to the heavy rains.

The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) said the decision was made to ensure a faster, more coordinated response in flood-affected areas.
Officials said residents living near canals face heightened risk and urged them to move valuables and vehicles to higher ground in case the rains continue.
Bedridden patients in flood-affected areas would be transferred to hospitals, officials added, noting that those forced to leave their homes could be housed in BMA-run schools.
Heavy rains are expected to continue in the country until Sept. 27.
