Local authorities Monday announced that a car bomb in Russian-controlled territory in Ukraine’s eastern Lugansk region killed a Moscow-appointed government official.
The regional unit of Russia’s Investigative Committee, responsible for investigating significant crimes, reported that the deputy head of a government-run educational organization died following the detonation of an unknown device in a vehicle on Monday afternoon.
