Prof. Kadri Kryeziu is a constitutional law expert and co-drafter of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo. He served as First Vice President of Kosovo’s Constitutional Court (2009–2015) and has held senior academic positions at the University “Ukshin Hoti” in Prizren, including Dean of the Faculty of Law and Vice Rector for Budget and Finance. He has authored numerous academic works on constitutional design, governance, and democratic institutions in Southeast Europe and is the publisher of The Kosovo Dispatch, an independent magazine of policy and analysis based in Prishtina.
