The Bosphorus Open Air Metal Fest, a major gathering for heavy metal fans, will take place on Sept. 20–21 at Maximum UNIQ Open-Air in Istanbul. Now in its fourth edition, the festival will bring together international and local acts for two days of live performances.
This year’s line-up will feature Finnish metal veterans Amorphis and Italian gothic metal band Lacuna Coil as headliners. Other notable acts include Old Man’s Child from Norway, Asphyx from the Netherlands, Belphegor from Austria, Obscura from Germany, Necrophobic from Sweden, and Suicidal Angels from Greece.
The programme will also showcase Korry Shadwell & Victor Smolski, Infected, Black Tooth, Susperia, Kaptan Kadavra, Doomas, Sadist, and What is Tec.
Tickets are available online via Biletix and Passo. Printed tickets can be purchased in person at Hammer Muzik in Istanbul, Studyo Umit in Izmir, Senol Heavy Metal Shop in Bursa, and Toxin Muzik or Heavy Craft in Ankara. Further details about the event are available on the official website.
