Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart will be brought back to the stage in Istanbul on Sept. 26 through a production combining hologram technology, live classical music, dance, and digital visuals at Beyoglu Sahne.
The "Amadeus Mozart Hologram Experience," scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m., will trace the composer's life and music through monologues, three-dimensional visual designs and a live piano quintet performance.
The production brings together a Ghost screen hologram system, three-dimensional visuals, dance choreography and live music to present Mozart's work through contemporary stage technology.
Mozart's life and inner world will be brought out through monologues accompanied by selected works reflecting the period in which he lived.
The musical program will draw from different parts of Mozart's repertoire, ranging from opera and symphonic works to concertos and chamber music, with the pieces performed live by a piano quintet.
Alongside the music, dance choreography will follow the rhythm of the live performance, while digital effects will build up the visual dimension of the production.
The show will bring these elements together at Beyoglu Sahne as it presents Mozart's classical music through a combination of live performance and digital stage techniques.
