Israeli attacks on Gaza since the ceasefire took effect on Oct. 10, 2025, have killed 930 people, including 247 children and 191 women, the Palestinian official news agency WAFA reported, citing hospital sources.

The report said Israel’s attacks have continued despite the ceasefire and that civilians in Gaza continue to lose their lives.

April was described as the bloodiest month since the ceasefire began, with 117 Palestinians killed in Israeli attacks.

April marked bloodiest post ceasefire period

According to the report, 79 people were killed in Israeli attacks in March, while the death toll rose to 117 in April.

WAFA said bombardments and casualties continued in May without slowing down.

Israeli attacks during the Eid al-Adha holiday killed 33 Palestinians and injured at least 130 others, according to earlier reports.

Gaza health sector faces critical pressure

The report also warned that Gaza’s health sector remains in critical condition because Israel continues to keep border crossings closed.

The blockade has prevented the entry of medical supplies and medicines, worsening conditions for patients and wounded Palestinians.

WAFA said the lack of medical supplies and medicine has deepened the suffering of people already affected by continued attacks and the closure of crossings.
